Product features
This product is a one-component, high strength, high modulus, neutral room temperature curing curtain wall engineering structural adhesive, with excellent high and low temperature resistance, specifically used in the curtain wall system in the structural assembly. It has superior weather resistance such as ozone resistance and ultraviolet resistance, giving long service life.Usage:
① Before use, a bonding test must be conducted between the sealant and the substrate to confirm the suitability of the product
② The bonding surface of the substrate must be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent or suitable cleaning agent to maintain dryness and prevent contamination, and sealant should be applied within 30 minutes after cleaning. The ideal temperature for these items is between 6℃ and 40℃.
③ During construction, sealant should be used to completely fill the joint and ensure that both sides are bonded;
④ Apply tape to the substrate that requires protection, but do not stick the tape to the surface to be constructed. Trim the edges immediately before the sealant is cured to achieve a beautiful appearance.Applications
1. Bonding and sealing of glass, aluminum plate curtain wall, glass lighting roof and metal structure engineering;
2. Hollow glass two-way bonding and sealing, full hidden or semi-hidden frame curtain wall structure assembly;
3. Other building and industrial uses.Limitations of use:
1. Protection against use on all material surfaces that may leak grease or solvents;
2. Prevent construction sites that are airtight;
3. To prevent the use of continuous flooding or wet places all the year round;
4. to prevent the use of metal copper or mirror glass bonding seal;
5. The substrate surface temperature is lower than 15 ℃ or higher than 30 ℃ is not suitable for constructionPacking specification: 590ml × 20 PCs/box
