Non-silicone leveling agent SHE-7150
Description
SHE-7150 is a modified acrylic leveling agent. Compared with conventional non-silicone leveling agents, it exhibits excellent compatibility in a wide variety of general-purpose resin systems, boasts strong substrate wetting ability, and offers outstanding leveling performance. In high-gloss systems, it ensures a clear, haze-free paint film. It is widely applicable to systems such as automotive refinish coatings and UV-curable coatings.

Characteristics
1. SHE-7150 exhibits excellent compatibility and leveling properties in solvent-based systems, helping to prevent the formation of shrinkage holes and fish eyes.
2. SHE-7150 exhibits extremely high surface activity and, compared to common acrylic leveling agents, demonstrates superior substrate wetting capability.
3. SHE-7150 is suitable for use with clear coats.
Scope of application
Suitable for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems such as alkyd, acrylic, amino baking coatings, polyurethane, and others.
Recommended dosage
Generally, the addition amount is 0.1% to 1% by total quantity and can be added at any stage of the production process.
