The usage of this product is determined based on the customer’s formulation design. The recommended addition level is 0.2% to 1.0% of the total formulation weight. Customers may also combine this product with other types of thickeners according to different requirements for production, storage, application, and film formation, in order to meet the rheological performance specifications of the formulation design.
0.3% to 0.8% by weight of the total emulsion; due to differences in product types and varying viscosity requirements, the exact dosage should be adjusted appropriately based on actual conditions.
The typical dosage of T-025 is approximately (0.5–2.5)% of the latex paint volume, adjusted to achieve the desired viscosity of the finished latex product.
