◆ Product Introduction

Product JA004 is a non-ionic associative thickener and leveling agent with dual functions, produced using advanced foreign manufacturing processes and equipment as well as high-quality imported chemical raw materials. It features polyurethane-based formulation and hydrophobic group modification. This product is free of organic solvents and organic tin compounds, making it a non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly rheology-modifying additive.

The JA004 product not only boasts excellent thickening performance with high shear viscosity but also features a thickening system that exhibits outstanding flowability and leveling properties. It is widely applicable to various water-based systems, including latex paints and adhesives, particularly high- and mid-range interior and exterior architectural waterborne coatings, waterborne industrial paints, waterborne inks, waterborne adhesives, and petrochemical water treatment systems. Its rheological characteristics, which closely resemble those of Newtonian fluids, make it especially suitable for water-based systems that demand simultaneously high rheological performance, excellent leveling, and effective thickening.

In the design of water-based architectural and industrial latex paints, leveling performance and viscosity at high shear rates are directly related to the characteristics and effects observed during roller application of the latex paint. ◆ Instructions for Use

The high-shear viscosity efficiency of this product exhibits a simple linear relationship with the dosage. The dosage should be determined based on the customer’s formulation design; the recommended addition level is 0.1% to 2.0% of the total formulation weight. Customers can also combine this product with other types of thickeners, according to different requirements for production, storage, application, and film formation, in order to meet the rheological performance specifications of their formulation design.

Packaging: 25 kg, 60 kg And 200 Packed in 1 kg plastic buckets; other packaging formats can be used upon customer request.

Storage: The product should be stored in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. During winter storage and transportation, appropriate antifreeze measures should be taken (if frozen, after thawing, stir thoroughly; if no granular crystals are observed upon inspection, the product can continue to be used).

Validity period: two years.
