PE-100 General-purpose wetting agent
■ Overview
PE-100 is a nonionic surfactant with excellent wetting properties for various pigments and fillers.

■ Advantages
PE-100 exhibits excellent wetting and dispersing properties for a wide variety of inorganic and organic fillers, and is compatible with various base materials. This ensures that the gloss and color-rendering performance of the paint film are fully realized. When used within recommended dosage levels, PE-100 has no adverse effects on water resistance or corrosion resistance. It enhances the color-rendering ability and stability of coatings, helps eliminate white haze, prevents blooming and color floating, and extends both the storage life and mechanical stability of the coatings.
■ Application
Suitable for preparing water-based coatings and color pastes, etc.
■ Usage and Dosage
It is suitable to add during pulping to aid grinding; the addition amount should be 0.1–0.4% of the total finished product weight.
■ Packaging and Storage & Transportation
25 kg, 50 kg or 200 kg plastic drums.
This product is non-toxic and non-flammable. It should be stored and transported as a non-hazardous material. Its viscosity increases at low temperatures.
